Gooey Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe HOW TO COOK THAT Ann Reardon

Welcome to How To Cook That I am Ann Reardon Today we are making gooey peanut butter andchocolate brownies.

If you are after a cakey brownie check outthe food fight video after this one, but if you want a rich and gooey brownie then you'rein the right place.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farrenheitor 180 Celcius To make our bottom chocolate layer you willneed some flour, sugar, butter or margarine, chocolate, eggs and vanilla.

Place the chocolate and butter into a bowl and melt that in the microwave.

All of the recipe quantities are listed onthe website howtocookthat.

Net in grams and ounces and cups I'll put a link in the descriptionbelow this video.

Stir to combine and then add your sugar andmix that through.

Then whisk in the eggs followed by the vanilla.

Next pour in the flour and mix until justcombined.

Line a brownie tin with non-stick baking paper, I like to have the sides ofthe paper higher than the tin for this one because we are making a double layer brownie.

Pour the chocolate brownie mixture into thetin and then we want to bake that in the oven for around 10 minutes.

While that is baking microwave the butter, white chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl and stir it to combine.

Add the sugar and mix in, then whisk in the eggs this is just like we did for the chocolatebrownie layer.

And finally stir in the flour until just combined.

Your chocolate layer should have set slightlyon the top but it's not cooked all the way through yet.

Pour the white chocolate andpeanut butter brownie layer over the top.

And place that back in the oven for 35 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and leave in the tinto cool.

Then lift the paper out of the tin and sliceup your browie.

To serve stack two brownies on top of eachother add a scoop of ice cream and pour over some warm chocolate ganache.

Then enjoy some gooey chocolate peanut butterheaven.
